Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like — and we’ll deliver them one by one. Each plan is time-based, so it’s all about what we can accomplish within your chosen timeframe. The VIP Plan offers the fastest turnarounds and the highest capacity, making it the best fit for anyone with a high volume of creative needs.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like — and we’ll deliver them one by one. Cadet and PRO plans offer turnarounds as fast as two days when marked as urgent. With the VIP Plan, two-day turnarounds are the standard on most projects, giving you top priority and faster momentum across the board.
Who are the designers?
Gem City Creative is a small but mighty design studio led by me, Chris, the founder, alongside Miranda who is our assistant designer and Emma our project manager. While you’ll work directly with us for most projects, we also collaborate with a trusted network of creative specialists for services like 3D animation, web development, and select design needs! How do I request designs?
Gem City Creative offers flexible, easy-to-use design requests through Trello — available with the PRO and VIP plans. We love using Trello because it keeps everything organized in one place, making it far more efficient than managing projects through email.
What if I don’t like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Are refunds available if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Because of the high-quality, customized nature of our work, we don’t offer refunds. However, client satisfaction is extremely important to us — and our Google reviews speak to the positive experiences others have had.
