HOW IT WORKS
1.) SUBMIT REQUEST
Design requests can be submitted at any time using our efficient Trello board system. The beauty with this system is that everything can be seen at a glance. Say goodbye to the days of searching through emails.
2.) WE DELIVER
Upon submission of your request, anticipate receiving your design within an average of 2-3 business days, typically from Monday to Thursday. For larger projects, designs will be delivered in multiple phases. If a more relaxed timeline suits your needs, kindly specify in your request.
3.) REVISE AND DONE.
After we receive your feedback, we’ll revise the designs until you’re 100% satisfied.

All of our plans include 3 hours of meetings / calls per month. In the case that you exceed 3 hours, we will trade in your latest design request for a meeting time.
