How Our Process Works
1. Kickoff & Strategy
Every plan starts with a personalized Brand Strategy Session where we get to know your goals, audience, and priorities. From there, we create a clear roadmap showing the steps and services we’ll use to move your brand forward.
2. Creative Development
For bigger brand projects, we usually present 2–3 initial concepts to explore different directions. For smaller or tactical requests, we focus on one polished design for speed and impact. Every piece is made to fit into a scalable, cohesive visual system that can grow with your brand.
3. Reviews & Revisions
You share feedback—all in one place: Trello for PRO/VIP or email for Cadet/Sprint plans. We refine the designs until they not only look great, but also fully support your brand goals.
4. Final Delivery
Once approved, your files are delivered in high-resolution, ready for web, print, or campaigns. Everything is neatly organized in your Google Drive client portal so you always have easy access.

You can submit requests either through Trello (PRO/VIP) or email (Cadet/Sprint), and all feedback is tracked. Trello gives you the added benefit of seeing every project’s progress in one place—no digging through emails or wondering what’s next.

Most requests take 2–5 business days. VIP plans can get priority 2-day turnarounds. Larger projects are delivered in phases.

Depending on your plan: brand identity assets, marketing materials, social content, website graphics, strategy documents, and ongoing design requests.

We use AI only for internal optimization, research, and efficiency — not for creating design deliverables. All final work is original and crafted by our team.

Membership plans are billed monthly. Cadet and Two-Week Sprint plans are prepaid.
